David Kirrene Realtor Ad Campaign

The Sacramento real estate market has been red hot for the past several years. People are finally discovering the beauty and livability of the city. Plus, there's been an influx of buyers fleeing the high cost of living in the Bay Area.

To help expand David's brand and reach, and to capitalize on the hot market, we developed a series of ads to run in targeted local publications. The ads appeal to three distinct types of buyers: young people buying their first home; growing families who need more room; and senior couples ready to downsize.

This campaign has helped drive new leads and energize David's longstanding real estate business.
