Jacks Urban Eats Targeted Launch Campaign
Although Jacks is a well known restaurant brand in the Sacramento market, they are unknown in Los Angeles, where they recently opened a new location. To drive trial visits, we targeted three specific groups with coupons, based on what we knew about Jacks appeal and regular crowd: high school kids, yoga studio people who want healthy food, and moms with younger kids. The coupons were distributed strategically in a defined radius around the new location. The idea is simple: Jacks is such a great place, once people eat there once, they will be back! It is a cost effective way to get the word out and build a new clientele.
