There's No Crying in Architecture
NOTES FROM FIVE YEARS WORKING FOR A K-12 EDUCATIONAL DESIGN FIRM

Over the past six years working at HMC Architects, I have been jotting down notes about the interesting parts of our projects, especially the people, and also thoughts on the meaning of the work. The difficult work my colleagues, the architects, do has had a real impact on me...which I did not expect. I've pulled these writings together into this small collection of stories and essays. Most of these are personal reflections quite different from the type of communications we do for the company.  I hope I captured things accurately. Now you know what a sentimental fool I am. 🙂
